Minimal Water

Using contemporary farming methods, Vital Vegetables® are grown with minimal water use. No drop goes unused.

Minimal Fertilizer

To make sure our vegetables grow naturally, Vital Vegetables® are grown with only the minimum fertiliser.

Minimal Chemical Sprays

Booster BroccoliTM is naturally resistant to some common broccoli pests and diseases, so can be grown with little use of chemical sprays.

Through ongoing research, hard work and a strong sense of community, Vital Vegetables® is working together with local growers to build an integrated supply chain that nurtures and protects both our products and our environment.

Booster BroccoliTM is packed with over 40 percent more active antioxidants than regular broccoli varieties and has been scientifically proven to contain significantly higher levels of the power antioxidant, sulforaphane (often abbreviated to SF) than other regular varieties of broccoli.
