Well before Vital Vegetables® were in the fresh section of supermarkets, a large team of scientists, led by Drs Rod Jones and Bruce Tomkins from the Victorian Department of Primary Industries and Drs Julian Heyes and Ross Lill, from Plant & Food Research, Palmerston North in NZ, conducted rigorous testing to ensure Vital Vegetables® contained the highest possible antioxidant content.

As the Vital Vegetables® range grows, science and extensive clinical testing will underscore all new varieties.

To ensure Australians make informed decisions research results will be made available for the public.

Vital Vegetables® should be enjoyed as part of the recommended five servings of vegetables per day.
